Like both favorites tonight, but I like this one specifically for the reason that the Warriors need 2 uncommon things to happen for them to have a chance.

  1. They need to play totally out of character and attempt to D up the Thunder.  Even for some of the best "defensive" teams, it has been a struggle to shut down the Thunder, i.e. Spurs.
  2. The Warriors are going to need to have a high shooting percentage including Curry putting up 40 plus points.  Don't get me wrong, the Warriors can shoot, but the Thunder also have good long athletes that can defend.

I'll ride with the Thunder tonight expecting that both of these things are unlikely to happen.

Took both games last night. Taking two better teams, playing good basketball. GS got blown out twice and won a close one against the Thunder. I expect OKC to be motivated to lock #1 position in the West. Knicks are just so hot right now, I am jumping on the bandwagon.

Don't see any reason why they should be slowing down, they'll want to keep the momentum they've got going on into the Playoffs.

Pre game reasoning should be done but more important I think is the post game reasoning where you try to see if you were right and abnormal things happen or if you were completely of base.

I don't think people should come here looking for daily picks or to tail someone, I am sure they do come here and lurk and tail and fade etc. But I think of it as a study group or a gym buddy, it is much harder (in general) to do either of those by yourself. Motivation and gaining confidence in your capping abilities come from hard work and methods/systems and understanding that things won't be perfect and make adjustments as you go until you feel confident that you are not just gambling by making wild picks but that you have some sort of method- this does not mean it will work but if you are here in covers I think you are trying to get better- sure there is a lot of BS floating around in Covers in every thread. It is up to the reader to extract the knowledge and wisdom from certain things they read and apply it to their hobby/job- some of us do this as a hobby others as a job others prob. have not decided if this if for them. But in the end the idea is to make money and to do that you have to learn what best works for you. My systems as some of you know is parlays with single bet and live bet main selections and hedges and the 2H totals system- currently working on adding spread to that as well.

Hope this helped more than confuse-

Taking the Knicks tonite.  I know they played in overtime on the road last night and that they havent had a lot of success ats against Cleveland.  They need this game to hold onto the number 2 seed.  I see a cover!

Already locked in on DEN -3 and watching Miami Boston line. KG, PP not playing and Celtics in kind of a slug at the moment. LBJ, DW & CB returning for Miami.. This is going to be tough for the Celtics.

POR Trailblazers +10

mavericks are done and they know it.. motivation won't be there to win this game in my opinion.. not a lot more to play for but denver has more to play for.

warriors on a b2b.. but fading the lakers ATS again as feel they just aren't good enough to be covering these large spreads.. i know warriors on b2b but their capable and lakers will probably make it dramatic at the end for us

t blazers are a fade against the public as people are backing the thunder heavy! and rightfully so, but on b2b on the road, i have no doubt they'll win but if they blow out portland congrats.. but we all saw damian lillard can score in lakers game.. feel portland keeps it close late loses by 5-8 pts.

know lakers and thunder need wins keep the #1 and #8 seeds intact, but vegas knows this, lines should be set accordingly, take my chances. good luck to all!

UTA Jazz -8.5

Bad Night yesterday, tonight will be better :)
Over 205 because no rest for Knicks, defense will be not their best tonight, but they'll maintain their high Fg% despite the OT Vs Bulls yesterday.
Indeed Cavs are not supposed to défend very well.
Referees going over
Line movement going over.

Jazz will try to win tonight, and vs Timberwolves at home, cover should be pretty easy.
Timberwolves dont like Jazz with 0-6 last meetings.
Motivation for Jazz with playoff.

DEN Nuggets  -3

MIA Heat  -12.5

LA Lakers  -7.5

As teams start to prepare for playoffs, the Nuggets and the Lakers have been 2 of the best establishing themselves over the past week.  Well maybe the Lakers are trying to secure a playoff spot.  I have been worried that if the Heat decided to coast in to playoffs, they could get surpassed by a very hot Knicks.  So with rumors of some of the players returning, I look to them to head in that direction tonight.

Nuggets - Dallas really needs this game, but how could they possible win it?  They can't keep up with Nuggets and they don't play defense.  Even when the Nuggets came out flat for nearly a full half, they beat the Spurs.  Dallas would certainly need to shoot over 60% to have a shot for this game.  One of the biggest things that showed me the Nuggets are for real, was the Faried block as time expired on a pointless shot.

Heat - Boston certainly isn't the team it used to be and maybe Ray Allen knew that when he left for the Heat.  They are devastated with injuries and their age is catching up to some of the better players.  I just don't see Green having a career game in Miami like he did in Boston, so who puts up the points?

Lakers - Magic Johnson has hated on the Lakers all season but after the last game he said he thought they could give the Spurs a run for their money.  Even with the Lakers struggles this year, I still had faith the talent would come together.  I think the few games without Kobe allowed other players to develop confidence.  They have great pieces, great role players, experience, etc.  I like what the Warriors are doing and I even like the progress they've made, but they are going to be like a fish without water during these playoffs.  The only problem is the playoffs already started for the Lakers.

Chicago is 7-3 vs spread on road if they played night before. I recall that after beating Miami, they surprised everyone and won the next game so I expect them to do the same.

Lakers are 1-4 vs spread last five at home. I don't trust the fakers. Period.

Jazz are pretty hot lately and they never let me down till now, hope this will stay the same.

Denver Nuggets basically been playing strong ball.
Been Fading the Lakers, they seem very inconsistent and I think these are too many points for them to cover.
I explained my Miami pick earlier, basically KG and PP out and no one player really leading at the moment and LBJ, DW and Bosh are back for Heat.

ny knicks having problems containing small guards like robinson yesterday and curry beforehand against gs. now they have to face irving on the heels of ending the streak game in chicago and after melo has broken the record for scoring over 35 points in consecutive games. meaning for me is that on top of playing after exhausting night including an overtime in chicago and experiencing from one side end of positive streak and on the other hand actually achieving a personal goals for 8its most important player, and after already beating the cavs twice this season - the natural low is expected and i go here for cavs straight up win. but since i dont get any bonus for that in the contest - contest wise it will be a cavs plus the points but otherwise i will put up a k for cavs win

personal bet cavs ml 1k to win additional 1,67k

i feel lately i've been a pretty regular capper and my phixing abilities have almost vanished. so i decided to phix few more games.

the truth is i have become little cocky and forsaken the things i;ve learned here about working hard to get the results and now i am back and no matter what the results - i will be happy with my effort and will feel straight with mavin doing that. i have accumulated quite a wealth here and on binaries and moneyis not an issue but the way is.

next pick is denver dallas over. its more than an exhibition game than the regular season as both have to only entertain with no immediate goals  1.1k

and the lasy pick is over in the staples for the reason that the lakers are getting warmed up real good  1.1k

It's a night of overs in NBA and I will react accordingly
Over 209 CLE Cavaliers - NY Knicks

Combined Melo with Kyle Irvind will produce enough scoring especially on the night when the Knicks will be all fatigued after the thriller last night.

Over 209 DAL Mavericks - DEN Nuggets

The over is written all over this game because the Mavericks are done for the season and will not play any defense tonight.

DEN Nuggets -3.5
