#1 Posted: 2/10/2012 3:19:20 PM Buffalo 4-1 last 5 and coming off that 6-0 blowout against Boston... its hard not to love Buffalo here. To me that stat is a tad bit scary though, i feel like thats there due for a b2b win? |

#3 Posted: 2/10/2012 3:25:32 PM This line is as high as it is largely due to public perception and the public driving this line through the roof. I don't care if Dallas is 0-9 B2B. The fact that yesterday Washington was only -149 against Winnipeg who was also 0-8 on B2B this season says a lot. Washington is also a better home team than Buffalo and Dallas is a better road team than Winnipeg. It's funny how everyone is eating up Buffalo after playing a couple good games. The line should be where it started out, about -130. I think Dallas holds value at +147.

#4 Posted: 2/10/2012 3:31:22 PM Agree with Spartacus
I cant treat the Sabres as a elite team after a few good wins,Dallas has a legitamate chance along with the Hurricanes.
How the hell everyone jumps on Colorado after 1 win against Chicago who blew the game in the 3rd is beyond me but time will tell in a few hours |

Hey NH thanks for the input, and don't take this as bashing, but what makes you believe the line is right on this? The line opened at -140 at Pinnacle, which I believe was only that high due to public perception. The line is now at -160 from the public pounding Buffalo. Refer to my other post on last nights line with Win/Wash. Buffalo may have won a couple games, but lets take into account their overall body of work rather then their last 4 games. Miller hasn't been playing all that well, and Dallas is a defensive minded team. I'm not saying that Buffalo isn't the right play here, I'm saying value bettors will be jumping on Dallas because this line is inflated quite a bit. I probably won't touch it, either way good luck.

#11 Posted: 2/10/2012 4:25:51 PM Good points fellas, thanks for the input. Still lean buffalo here but that juice is to much to pay for. Might make a small play on buf if that line drops by gametime.

Why do you keep referencing WPG? They weren't on a B2B last night against the Caps

#15 Posted: 2/10/2012 5:07:06 PM Spatacus, don't take this as a bashing but you say miller hasn't been playing that good?he just came off a shutout of the bruins and has won the last 4 games he's started giving up more than one goal only once. |

This past week Ryan Miller has enjoyed the best 5 game span of his entire career with a 0.95 gaa and .969 save percentage. http://www.fantasysp.com/player/nhl/Ryan_Miller/2066375/over-the-last-week-miller-has-a-095-gaa-and-969-sv-making |

#21 Posted: 2/10/2012 7:29:34 PM Sabres is clearly the play. The team is healthy and after a very rough first half of the season this very talented team will make a push. They most likely wont make the playoffs but they will upset some apple carts for those that take them lightly. |
