Well, technically, he said he had a "weak moment". You said he was weak minded. If we're being quizzed on this later, that's important to know. |

Sounds like a busy day. |

Hamilton acknowledged that he had a "moment of weakness" at two Dallas
bar/restaurants Monday night because of a "personal reason with a family
member." He apologized to his family, fans and the team during a
12-minute news conference at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on Friday,
when he spoke without a script and did not take questions.
"You guys all know how hard I play on the field and I give it everything
I absolutely have," said Hamilton, who expressed appreciation for the
Rangers continuing to support him. "When I don't do that off the field, I
leave myself open for a weak moment. I had a weak moment on Monday
night in Dallas."
Hamilton added: "It was just wrong. That's all it comes down to. I
needed to be at a different place. I needed to be responsible. I was not
responsible. Those actions of mine have hurt a lot of people I'm very
close to." |

#29 Posted: 2/4/2012 10:51:46 AM "I put my wife through a lot in our marriage and she's a very strong
woman," Hamilton said. "It's about time I became the strong one in the
relationship, take responsibility and take the lead in making choices,
making decisions and stepping up and being the man I'm supposed to be
and not continue to hurt her, put my kids in situations where they might
hear things. It's not a good situation for anybody." |

#30 Posted: 2/4/2012 12:39:47 PM DCMC wow dude. Being pissed off at the world isnt fun is it? My guess is you may struggle with some things as we all do. Many people have struggled against substance abuse, anxiety, disease, cancer, anger, gambling, tobacco addiction, etc.
Some people like Josh ex cell in there careers but f-up in different areas, Other people are in bed at 9 every night and still can't earn a living to take care of their families......everyone has issues except for you I guess. |

Why am I pissed off at the World because Josh Hamilton is an alcoholic? I could care less about him or others who bring problems on themselves. Hamilton excels in his career because of a God given talent, not because of who he is or what ho does. Here's one for you. If you don't want lung cancer, then don't smoke. Now you may still get it, but the odds go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up if you choose to smoke. I choose not to smoke. Not that hard to figure out.
