I was told when I spoke to customer service that I could fund my account with an xxxxxx visa debit card. They pointed me to bank.com to try and find out how to get one of these cards. My question is how difficult are these cards to get and is it just like getting a regular gift card? Thanks.

Its a debit card, you will to deposit money into the card before you can use it

You do have to pay a fee when you deposit (like 4.95 at a participating supermarket, so throw at least 2 or 3 c-notes in the account to make it worthwhile. GL
