#1 Posted: 2/29/2012 1:49:28 AM 2/29 UNLV @ CSU +2.5 I live in Las Vegas and am a huge Rebel fan however I cannot see how anyone would take the Rebels in this game. At the T&M the Rebels can hang with anyone (impressive wins over Nevada, California, New Mexico, SDSU and beat UNC in a "neutral" game in Vegas). However winless on the road in the month of February, the Rebels have lost at Wyoming, TCU and New Mexico. On the road the Rebels lack a killer instinct and give in to the style of play of their opponents. They needed OT to beat the bottom feeders of the MWC (Air Force and Boise State). Colorado State hasn't lost at home in February and I expect them to keep it against UNLV. If CSU wins this could help them in that at large bid and the fact that they are at home (13-1) will be a huge boost. I am betting Colorado St +120 for this game. GL |
