My Mets have been red hot lately. I've managed to piss away $1,800 the last 3 days betting on teams that I have no type of feelings for (Detroit Tigers -$1,300, Heat - $400, Brewers -$125). All the mean while, my Knicks and Mets have been red hot, and I was actually at MSG when we destroyed the Wizards by 38. I have a feeling that the Mets are a unified ball club, and the Phillies are really missing Ryan Howard and Chase Utley on the offensive end. Mike Pelfrey is a mediocre pitcher, and it's hard to back him, but Cole Hamels is 3-10 for his career against the Mets. I think the Mets manage to complete the sweet against the reeling Phillies, and for +170 on the dollar I will most likely be betting $1100 on them to get my $1800 back. Good luck to ALL!

Best dog today by far. Mets are hitting .300 against Cole. Pelfrey pitches well against the Phillies. Mets are playing way better than the Phils. I'm gonna take them 1st 5 also and the RL too. May be wrong but the Mets are in a great spot today and shouldn't be more than a 120 dog. Maybe we'll cash or maybe we'll crash --just have to bet and find out!

I like the Mets today. But, this isn't true. Far from it.

Howard and Utley have tortured Pelfrey in the past, and I'm confident that their replacements Pete Orr and Laynce Nix won't be as effective. If I lose this one I'll be FUCKED with a capital F lol.

Pelfrey doesn't pitch well against chase and howard...well guess what they're both not playing..Phils offense sucks a mean one right now..pence and victorino are the only threats and truthfully their not all that dangerous either on a daily basis...rollins is washed up...as is polanco and you just can't rely on young guys like freddy galvis and john mayberry...ruiz is moreso a defensive catcher and the rivalry between these teams makes this one tough to cap...honestly it boils down to mets bats..if they let cole shut them down phils will roll...if Mets score early again itll give pelfrey the confidence to go after guys but this one for me is tough to call...Mets obviously have the much better value if I were to take Philadelphia it would have to be rl
