i'm on 5dimes and i usually withdraw through western union. is there any way the irs finds out about my winnings? also what about the possibility of being blacklisted from western union due to too many withdrawals? i've done 3(1800/2500/1500) western union payouts in the past 2 weeks and plan to do another one next week for 2500

i don't think WU reports anything to the IRS however if you are audited by the IRS they can check WU if they wanted too, and I would bet it's part of their audit process. IRS is not stupid.

You don't have to worry about the IRS but you may get flagged by Western Union. Those are pretty high withdrawal amounts and you've done them in a small period of time. I've noticed through the years with Western Union that any deposits or withdrawals over $1000 throw up red flags.

I haven't used Western Union for withdrawals in quite some time. I prefer getting a check. They're still fine to use for deposits. I just keep the amount small and send it under different names.

if the IRS is investigating "your earnings" made off gambling, WU was not the perpetrator who opened the door, but the after birth that followed. they have no concern nor the initiative as to who, what, when, where, why , or how you use there money transfer service, however; if brought to their attention by FBI, or the IRS they express their full and utmost cooperation to assist in any illegal activity concerning WU's involvement.....
