How could I help him baronman? You of all people should know I can't help him now
I was Licensed in the state of ARKANSAS in 2007 plus I was a broker, not a lender
And you should know that the mortgage broker license is only good for a year. I made my boss a ton of money in a short 8 months and I did nicely myself. I lost my connections due to my bosses personal bullshit. After that I had no desire to chase all the lying realtors down. They are worse than car salesmen and you could not count on anything they said. Plus I pretty much did it part time on my own schedule and I made about $70K in that 8 months so you know me. I did not work anymore and played golf everyday and did some traveling
I like the touch you put into every post doubting the poster or posters in a thread with your comments.

#28 Posted: 2/20/2012 8:35:51 PM in this case salty your mistaken i said nut flopper YOUR RIGHT.sharkysden has NO CLUE WHAT HE IS SAYING.if i see something i disagree i call people out on it.not all realtors are liars. we have saying in real estate buyers are liars. half say they have great credit, jobs,$in bank. then i have you the lender pull their credit report. here comes the bs. i had divorce,my ex ran up credit cards i dont know about, child support( i didnt know that was expensive)job i had one few months ago, does unemployment help.then we pull bank accounts. they bareky have enough for living expense, let alone savings they swore the have.you know this salty its the buyer, not the realtor that lies most the time. im just smart enough to weed them out best as possible so lenders like your self dont put in all that time for nothing. then again its hardwork, teamwork&some luck especially with banks rules now. also i punched in baronman(in blue on your post) who is kitthebaronspace thats not me. thats some wanker from canada. im from fountain valley ca. till we meet again.p.s. if i screwed up i dont use spell check.try the wine trick. |

#31 Posted: 2/20/2012 8:57:38 PM You are right about buyers trying to hide stuff. Everyone says they know what they are doing and do not want to be taken advantage of as a buyer.
I had more fool files I could count where their claims did not match what was on paper. People would get pissy with me when the lender required more documents to prove income, debts, additional investment properties that always killed their debt/income ratio. Basically taking them out of range of approval.
Not all are liars and I would bet you are one of the honorable ones. But my experiences with them overall was not a good one. They mostly were cocky and thought they could just tell me how to do my job. If a potential buyer could not get pre-approved they would try to blame me or my mortgage broker office because "They knew how to do my job supposedly"
The thing I would tell some of those fool was I was not going to discuss personal info on clients and facts with a realtor who is starving for a sale and truly does not understand the client is not complying with loan documents
My broker job was not that hard at all. Lets say Chase was the best candidate for providing the loan. Chase would send me what documents were needed to qualify for the loan based on info that was missing for further approval. I would then contact the potential buyer and ask them to send me copies of the documents of what Chase was asking for. Sometimes it was like pulling teeth to get people to comply and some it would take them weeks to send. Each file had it's own issues and the realtors wanted it done yesterday and it does not work like that.
So since I am not telling realtors their clients personal details and business. They would say I did not know what I was doing
I seriously almost hurt a realtor for trashing me around town because he had sent a several very bad credit situations my way and did not get them approved for him. It was not my fault their claims of income could not be verified. But what could be verified was bad credit with nothing but bad strikes on the cred report. I confronted him about what I had been told by others he had mouthed to and of course he denied it because he was a lying behind kisser. I let it go. |

Holy garbage. Do not hire this guy to sell your house. Do you send emails to your clients that are written like that? Holy darn, man. How'd you ever pass the license test? |

I have addressed this guy about it and he stated his typing is fine.
It is always comical a grown man has such a lack of skill.
One who claims to be a professional and makes numerous attempts to cut me down or knock me down a peg in my posts. Or whatever he is trying to do.
The funny one was yesterday he called me out for a typo where I had the E and the I backwards for the word field...O'rly |

I know what you mean.
If you ever need a pick me up. Just go to any Ci Ci's pizza buffet and take a look around while you are eating.
Then no matter what may be going wrong in your own life will seem not be that big of a deal anymore |

There are continuing education classes that you will need to complete within 18 months of obtaining your license. And again every 4 years when renewing your license. Realtor is a title obtained by joining the NAR (National Association of Realtors). You have to join your local area board of realtors to obtain access to the MLS and other necessary tools needed. By doing that you join your state board and the national board of realtors (NAR) and pay the accompanying fees. You can not join the NAR and become a Realtor unless you are a licensed real estate agent of broker. They make it very difficult for you not to join the "union" and practice real estate without joining the board. It's possible to work in the real estate field with out joining the boards but you are heavily restricting yourself if you plan to actually work in the business. But yeah there are enough idiots in the real estate industry there is no need for another one Bigbill. This just proves my theory that it attracts every get rich wannabe who has watched too many Carlton Sheets infomercials, or the Asian guy on the yacht on late night TV. I have been a broker in Los Angeles since 1996.
Will you be going to Commerce anytime soon again? |
