great casino, great hotel rooms, would never stay here without a comp though.

I just learned that my total rewards comps have all dried up, I havent played table games in 6 years and never played slots and somehow they kept comping me lol.

Now Im going back to grassroots, staying at the cheapest places on the strip, this time its the castle excalibur, but planet hollywood is fantastic man, enjoy it.

If you are getting comped rooms at any Caesars/Harrahs property, why not impress the wife and stay at Caesars? PH is like The Trop in AC; Caesars is like The Borgata.....big difference

Because the minute he asks for Ceasers, he will get a call back telling him they are all booked.

They did this with me 4 times when I was a Diamond player.

AC guy here too. Just stayed at Planet Hollywood in May for first time. Rooms are nice, casino is a lot of fun and sexy as hell. The pool is pretty bad unless you get there early in the AM and get seat at the pool, otherwise you are stuck on a boring cement roof deck. If you are taking the wife I would impress her with Caesars. Just make sure you are getting a room in the new tower.

Youngish scene, so it all depends if that floats your boat or finds your lost remote

Rooms are really nice, the one time I stayed there 2 years ago, huge bathroom for a hotel room. A Right to Kill themed room. The casino was a younger/hipper crowd. Yes I'm in that age bracket, but I'd rather gamble in a quieter area. Pretty good buffet, had some luck at the poker tables and sports book. Usually played bj elsewhere just because it was always so crowded and loud. They have a good sandwich place inside, and Pinks is there too.

Overall, nice place...you'll enjoy it! Have fun!

First off, I have never stayed @ PH. However, I went into sportsbook to make a $500 wager on a CFB game and I must have set off bells and whistles. The ticket taker went into the back room and came back a minute or two later w/ I would imagine the boss. He looked at me like who the F are you. I LAUGHED OUT LOUD. I then said "you're garbage'n me right"? They took the play and it was a winner. Thank God. Lastly, when I walked out of book saw the most beautiful BJ dealer I have ever seen in my life.

again, ive never been to vegas, i cant believe any place in vegas would blink at a $500 bet...i wouldnt think they would blink at a $5K bet.  i plan on playing nickels all weekend

wheres the best place to bet baseball, watch the games and enjoy. i dont mind paying for drinks...i just want a good atmosphere with comfy chairs

Go to the LVH (formerly Las Vegas Hilton). BTW, my experience at the PH is TRUE. Good luck!

Bellagio! At least they will throw you a free drink. The local scumbags have ruined any comps for low roller at most venues. Cantor will not give anything period.GL
