Taking the points ...They beat a great U.L. Monroe team to finish last year with a bowl win ...but play  will be  a small one ...louisville has an ex sec running back on the bench so that says alot ....gl to all

Besides Tyler Tettleton and Beau Blakenship Ohio doesn't really have anyone else returning that is worth mentioning. They are a really young squad going up against a power house like Louisville. Teddy Bridgewater and the gang should roll easy up and down the field!

Louisville needs to beat everyone by 50 on their weak schedule to have any shot of moving up in polls I know the other teams have something to say about this but my point is I don't think Louisville has any reason to call off the dogs if things get out of hand.

I'll lay the points here, Louisville better on both sides of the ball, and @ home!

Agree also, especially in home opener no reason to slow down!  Minimum 1 unit play here for me (modest $100/unit), and considering up to 3 unit play.

Unless Ohio can get some pressure on Bridgewater and make him uncomfortable he will pick them apart. Look at what he did to Florida last year Ohio doesn't have anywhere near the same talent as the Gators. My only fear is Louisville doesn't come out with the killer instinct and Ohio back door covers. Take Louisville.

Let's be honest here.
This should be a easy blowout for the Cardinals at home,
and Ohio is the Perfect opponent to make a statement against.
Wouldn't be at all surprised is Louisville had the point spread
covered by halftime.
Taking Louisville and laying the points.
Good luck to all!

sure louisville needs to beat every team by 50... doesn't mean it's going to happen.

Also Lvile didnt really have any notable blowouts last year. For most part games where fairly close. only blowouts was a win against temple 45-17 spread was -15.5 and win against Missouri St. 35-7 spread was -35 nothing special there. I do believe the comment above about Lvile having to blowout opponents to move up in poll, but i do not see it! Not in this game! ohio having experience at qb and rb should be enough to hang around! over may be a possible play as well

yikes, gg louisville pickers. Tettleton looked awful and bridgewater looked as good as ever.
