#1 Posted: 4/7/2012 1:04:13 PM You're heading into the playoffs this year. You can have Kobe or Lebron for the 2012 playoffs surrounded by the same supporting cast.Who do you take? |

#4 Posted: 4/7/2012 2:56:34 PM It all comes down to supporting cast IMO. If its a great one and all you need is a closer, well Kobe is it. If you have a shitty supporting cast you need younger Lebron to do some labour to keep you in the game like he did with Cavaliers.

#8 Posted: 4/7/2012 6:32:58 PM KOBE.....
Lebron is a flat out choke artist with no killer instinct.....when things get tough he's nowhere to be found. He will end up winning a championship most likely but he's nothing compared to Kobe and Jordan. |

#15 Posted: 4/7/2012 7:11:16 PM People like u r just haters.. To even think Kobe sucks makes no sense at all considering he is in conversations with MJ and LBJ.. they r all great players.. U, my friend, are the one who sounds like an"idiot" or a "moron" who thinks Kobe doesn't deserve credit for what he has ACCOMPLISHED in the NBA.. |

....he's in his 9th year angry man...who's the "friggin idiot" now?? ...and who watches too much tv and looks friggin dumb, when you come up w the stale-behind rationalization of "wait and see how many rings..." ...by my count, it's at zero and may remain that way for a while at this rate... ...maybe YOU should "open your eyes moron"... |

#17 Posted: 4/7/2012 7:16:15 PM Furthermore, I would take Kobe simply cuz he is the better shooter when the game is on the line...this is a proven (time after time) fact...and he is, and always has been a more mature basketball player than Lebron...and I still don't think the Heat will win a ring...maybe next year, if they get Nash |

#20 Posted: 4/7/2012 7:27:36 PM Kobe is the man in roundball. And until Lebron "finishes" what he has started - I believe this question is silly. I like Lebron but the dude has been given "the next great" since high school and has yet to deliver. I also think he will but comparing him to someone who has accomplished what Kobe has is stupid.

#21 Posted: 4/7/2012 7:32:28 PM thanks for the responses, again , im not looking to compare what they have done in their respective careers, the question is who would you take this year to lead you into the playoffs, if they each had the same 4 teammates,
more responses the better |

#22 Posted: 4/7/2012 7:39:51 PM I'd take Lebron. You're talking about one year not history. I don't care if Kobe has 10 rings; today Lebron has more overall skills and flat out playing better this year. A few years ago in Kobe's prime? I'd take Kobe over Lebron no doubt but today, this year. Lebron. |

Exactly, Heat should have beat the Bulls if Lebron made both free throws in Heat's last position but he missed one and let Bulls tied the game in regulation. As we know it, Bulls won in OT. |

#24 Posted: 4/13/2012 11:00:43 AM Kobe. In the playoffs you don't get in transition and get to the rim every play. As a star you have to be able to knock down jump shots. Kobe can and has the confidence to do so. LeBron can't and he knows he can't. He doesn't even want to shoot. This is an easy question. For an 82 game regular season take LeBron. For the playoffs, Kobe. |
