#4 Posted: 2/21/2012 6:11:59 AM Spurs on 8th of 9 game rodeo road trip. Winning all 7 (5-1-1 ATS) of those road games for a total of 11 SU wins in a row. Spurs covered their last meeting @POR (1-7 ATS L8 @POR). They are also 0-6 SU L6 @POR. Both teams on 2nd game of B2B. Spurs this season have played B2B road games 3 times before this. 3-0 SU and 2-0-1 ATS on the 2nd game of their B2B road games. Blazers this season have only one instance of a road and home B2B, 0-1 SU and ATS on that 2nd game. Something else to think about... Blazers have only lost @home or failed to cover @home 5 times this season. 4 of those losses and non-covers occurred in the L5 @home. I'll take the points here.
Spurs +4.5 |

#8 Posted: 2/21/2012 5:12:17 PM Gotta ride the Spurs streak until the wheels fall off...although the Blazers are a TOTALLY different team at home, I still can't shake that blowout loss to the Wiz last week...I will take the veteran Spurs plus the cpl baskets and sprinkle a little on ML, from my Spurs ML Saturday...GL |

#11 Posted: 2/21/2012 8:00:41 PM I don't buy into the Portland at home hype. Different team at home, yea right. They're soft in paint defense. Duncan and Parker do it again. Spurs +2.5 first half.

#13 Posted: 2/21/2012 9:23:30 PM port was terrible in first q last night...franchise low in points....will be big motivation to get going early tonight in friendly confides of rose garden....where historically they have proven successs over same spur team...also injuries to ginobili and tiago spitter will deplete the spur depth. port has great success at rose garden...will look to right the ship tonight...glta! pirate |
