Will the Wings be able to keep up with the Ducks high paced offence? Will Howard be starting and does the team play better with him in net or Gus? Are Getzlaf and Perry especially motivated this year because they're playing for olympic spots? Thinking Ducks ML

I don't think Detroit can keep up with em, don't know who's on roster yet, this game caught my eye, I'll be taking the ducks most likely, ML of course

dont forget it was our Wings who knocked anaheim off last year in the playoffs. There is a reason, we match their speed very well. Not only that, the Wings love rising to a challenge, its in their history. Dont be surprised if you see a 4-3 wings victory.

Wings have lost 5 in a row..Ducks have WON 5 in a row...Wings have already LOST 7 in a row THIS YEAR so it's not outta the question that it can happen again..This is NOT a great time or match-up for Detroit to break this streak especially with another new injury..ANYTIME a team is faced with shuffling the lines yet again, is not good..

Anaheim has WON 7 in a row this year already as well..Only thing that bothers me about them is that very surprisingly they are consistently poor on faceoffs..Detroit sports7 guys with over 50% efficiency on the faceoff (8 including Zetterberg)..Anaheim have 2..When a team loses a faceoff, they probably lose 30 seconds of puck position...For most teams , that can be like digging yourself out of holes all night..Ducks may be very good at converting a high percentage of their faceoff wins to points (that's all I can see)..

Ducks goaltending is very uptown as well..Especially Andersen..

I don't think I would even give the Wings +1.5 on th Puckline in this one..Like I already said, the line juggling is what sways me here..

Statistically speaking Detroit in their last five games have played extremely horrible. In Detroit's last five games their GF av is 5 and their GA av is 14 .....that's a margin of -9, this isn't a suffices enough offense to beat the Ducks.

Anaheim has been very productive both offensively and defensively. In Anaheim's last five games their GF av  is 18 and their GA av is 9 that is margin of +9, this more than satisfies my reasoning that Anaheim is the winner of this game.

Howard is out for about a month.  I don't have a feel for the win, but I do like the O5.5.  Zetterberg is out, and it appears Franzen will be out, and if he isn't I am not sure how effective he will be.  I looks like the Wings might get shelled and the Ducks will cover the 5.5 themselves
