Glad to see some respect for my guys getting thrown out around here!
Great points made by both sides. Really looking forward to the game, should be a great matchup! I was fortunate enough to grab some early lines on two different sites and have the game middled with MSU -3.5 and Boise +7.5. If the line reaches 8 I'm liable to grab Boise again.

I thiink Blake Bell would have been a better optio this year personally, but Landry Jones was projected as the 16th overall pick in last years NFL draft. He isnt up against Weeden and OSU, West Virginia and TCU they get late (both will be banged up) and their schedule sets up nicely! I believe you WANT OU to fail so badly that your analysis is off..

They arent playing the 2008 Sooners this season POKEU!! they are playing younger Big 12 teams, 2 of which are new to the confernce, and will have more injuries than they would against a big east or MW conference team....Jus my thoughts...i could be wrong??? just my projectons....I would certainly take Landry Jones over A true freshman!

with ou landry jones really struggled last year when ryan broyles went down i think that loss is underated. Ou is talented but i dont think they are a national championship team.. should get to 10 wins best of luck man

elz24 - your right. They lost their identity last year when the starting rb Dom Whaley got injured and along with losing your best wr in Broyles. OU is more stacked offensively this year. The receiving corps are better this year. I think OU wins 10 or 11 games. The Justin Brown kid (the Penn St transfer) helps tremondously.
