i think that will motivate this team and have them looking at performing for their spots going into next year. A win is important after 4 years of no bowl. Have to think they are dominate in talent based on leagues... Dont think the mac has done well vs big ten over he year, or years. Line movement is strange and may just be a deterant...

Gotta wonder with Consensus on Purdue, how does the line go down ??? Not that much money coming in on WM... I have seen it go both ways, it will put doubt in bettors minds...

Not enough of a lean for either to make a big bet....

33-30.5 purdue

but what does scare me is that purdue's starting RB who was injured is out and their center is doubtful if im not mistaken.

I like Purdue -3 and the under 62.5........Purdue's RB, Bolden, is out and it's their WR, Ross, who is out.  However Purdue has several RB's who have played minutes this year and having Bolden out isn't devastating.
When W Mich has matched up against the other 2 Big Ten teams this year they averaged 15 pts per game!  Sure, they score 50 a game v.s the Toledo and Akron's but I just don't see W Mich scoring more than 24 in this one.  So basically, Purdue needs to put up at least 40 to hit the over....I don't see that happening either!

I love all these threads saying everyone in the forum is on WMU, yet the poster is on PURDUE

That was against Illinois and Michigan, who have by far better defenses than Purdue.  This is pretty much a home game for WMU.  Inside on a fast track for that offense is scary.

I agree. I see just as many people on Purdue as I do WMU! Not sure why anyone would cap their games by how many people on this forum or on one team or the other

For the most part he is right, or at least most of those posting are on WM, I think looking for someone to agree with them. And or most of the EMPLOYEES that want more money over to that side for their customers. Seems to be the way it works and youhave to read between the lines.

You are right about the better teams in the big ten that WM faced. But the big ten is 11 - 1 vs mac this year, or close to that. Just heads above. Could go either way I guess, that is why I am small on it, good luck to you how ever you bet...

I have been on Western Michigan, but changed my mind and played Purdue -.5 @ -105 (1st Half).  I know that the Boilermakers are a little beat-up, but I get the feeling Purdue is very motivated to get a win here.

Just got Purdue -2.5 and U/64 from my local....BTW he is located 5 minutes from Purdue's campus so he's getting  a ton of action on this game!   Actually, Purdue's strength this year has been their Def, certainly not their Offense....it's been a bend but don't break too often Def. Scary.  It could certainly go either way.  I'm hoping the D shows up one more time!!
GLTA!!

All you had to do is read 20 posts to see that at least 15 were on wmu.  It's good info to have and public perception is a key factor in my handicapping.  And yes, the covers forum is the public.
