#1 Posted: 12/3/2012 6:56:37 PM I don't understand all of the love for RGIII and Washington tonight. I know they are at home and RGIII has become a favorite amongst the many pundits blabbing on the TV and Radio. But let's not forget a few things. First, The Redskins are 2-3 at home thuis year with their wins coming against Minnesota and my Eagles. Against Minnesota the Redskins were the beneficiaries of 3 Minnesota turnovers. The Vikings outgained the Redskins 421 to 361. Washington scored a 2nd Qtr TD off of a Ponder fumble that gave them the ball at the Minnesota 6. Washington scored a 4th Qtr TD off of a Ponder pick 6. And finally, RGIII ripped a 76 yard TD run at the 2:56 mark to put the game away. Again against the Eagles Washington was the beneficiary of 3 turnovers. Bottom line is that this is the same redskin team that lost to Concinnatti and Carolina at home and I am not buying the hype.
NY Giants -2 (Buy 1/2) 50 Units
But, what the hell do I know?

#12 Posted: 12/3/2012 8:10:24 PM Louis_IV - BOL my friend.
Macwestie1 - Thanks and BOL with your play sir.
Brewcrew - Agreed. BOL tonight sir.
Coach - My good friend! I may be wrong, but I am smelling something wierd in this one and I think it is just too much love for RGIII. Everybody seems to forget the Cincinnatti debacle and the fact that Carolina came in to Washington and left with a W! G-Men only 2 up so they won't want this thing to get ugly. BOL tonight my friend! |

#14 Posted: 12/3/2012 9:12:31 PM I don't know how that wasn't reversed but damn that was an awful call. Clearly he was down. But, wow what a play by RGIII. |

#15 Posted: 12/3/2012 9:36:13 PM pidi, in these NFC east division games, you can throw past results, other opponents, common opponents, stats....everything out the window. they are all super rivalries and most of these games are hotly contested. i think thats the love for washignton.....getting points in a rivalry game. always enjoy looking at your threads. im on washinngton, or i would wish you luck...LOL

It was the right call. Ball was coming out before he was down. I had Giants too, but they didn't lose because of that play. |
