I must say I had a firmware update pushed out to me today and it doubled my wifi throughput.  I can now get about 9-10 mbps in the same room and 4-5 mbps on the main floor of my house.  Not great but def much better.  

I still have the same issues with my micro hdmi output though.  On top of it not working on some of my tv's the cable is connected very loosely and pretty much has to sit on a flat surface undisturbed in order to stay in the slot.  I'd be interested to see if others experience the same
