#2 Posted: 11/1/2011 9:59:50 PM I have no bankroll management. Started with $2500 and only got $1800 left to risk, its either the end of my season for soccer or a $300 profit so far. |

#3 Posted: 11/1/2011 11:56:35 PM Can't speak for your money management skills, but with injuries to Rossi, Nilmar, Ruben, Senna, Camunas, Zapata and Lopez, can't see Villareal coming out with a win here. |

#5 Posted: 11/2/2011 1:30:08 AM Reason why the odds are low is that Man city doesnt fare very well away from home on foreign soil. Last win out of Europe was in Sept of '10 |

#6 Posted: 11/2/2011 1:34:12 AM If im not mistaken, Man city needed a late winner when they played villreal in manchester. This could be a draw. |

#8 Posted: 11/2/2011 10:29:26 AM with Villareal missing all those players i can't see how City doesn't leave here with 3 points but this line has dropped significantly over night

#11 Posted: 11/2/2011 11:44:04 AM I don't have anything confirmed, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with lineups. Still don't see Man City losing. Villareal know that they are done in this tournament with 0 points with Napoli and Bayern Munich on the way. No reason for them to field a strong team with injury concerns. |

#12 Posted: 11/2/2011 11:48:47 AM Villarreal are very very strong at home in Europe. Since 2005 they have only lost once at El Madrigal, and that was vs that really good Bayern side a month or so ago. Furthermore, Man City are not nearly as good in Europe as they are in the PL. And then there's Man City getting a lucky late win in the previous fixture.
Very tough game to call. To me, a safer bet is Ajax or Benfica.

#13 Posted: 11/2/2011 11:49:32 AM Read up some stuff that makes a little sense.. Villarreal has only lost 1 game at home in euro play, too bayern this past league play.. Then you have to think that Villarreal don't have many starters and city needs the win.. Maybe the new trend can start now of villa losing.. I'm going to wait 20min before kick off before I place something.. BOL EVERYONE. |

#14 Posted: 11/2/2011 12:03:33 PM I think the line that is now (bet365 got it at -150) is spot on... City have always struggled in Europe and got "lucky" with a late goal wth 2 sec left of the match to win the first matchup.... This is the best City team in agest to play in Europe, but they where even Napoli at home in the stage opener and got outplayed big in Munich (that 2nd half might been the easiest half Bayern have had all season)
Then again, Villareal is banged up and hasn't looked impressive so far this year.. Also, this City team have finaly found their chemestry after getting Tevez away from the rest of the squad and looks like one of the best teams in the world (behind Barca and Real) if you look at their recent matches...
I won't concider the line movement at all in this one as there is so many angels to look it at, but I'll probably go small on City and hope they get a win to keep the CL hopes alive as they can't afford to drop a single point here...

#15 Posted: 11/2/2011 3:16:16 PM Looks like the shift in the line has to do with no Dzeko and no Aguero in the starting 11. That's ok Mr. Balotelli is on fire at the moment. |

#17 Posted: 11/2/2011 3:56:16 PM i wish ya luck-I'm skeptical of Roberto Mancini(hope I spelled that right :-) in this situation, although City has more than enough 'firepower' to get this job done!

#22 Posted: 11/2/2011 4:39:29 PM AGREE and with an Italian ref on the take it makes even more of a sure thing.
Not taking away anything from City just observing poor refereeing and the Mancini - Italian Ref connection LOL
Congratulations OSO well deserved and a HUGE public play to boot.
