#51 Posted: 5/19/2012 12:45:44 AM These teams are a combined 41 of 42 from the FT line through 3Q? I know OKC can shoot from the stripe, but Wow! |

#65 Posted: 5/21/2012 8:04:28 PM Philly hitting ridiculous shot after ridiculous shot. Avery Bradley being out isn't helping. Maybe we'll get lucky on the total.

#67 Posted: 5/23/2012 2:20:46 PM It's been at least a few years since I've made a series wager, but this one is too good of a price to pass on. SA has at least a 79% chance of winning this series, and I really think it's more than that. SA, is at least 3.5 points better than OKC, and even more when you factor in the intangibles. This is one of my strongest plays of the year, if not the strongest.
5* SAN ANTONIO -190 SERIES over OKC (5Dimes + Pinnacle)
I will be grading it as follows: If it wins it will count as a 5* win
for +5.0 units. If it loses (since it's a 1.9:1 fav) it will count as a
5* loss for -9.5 units. |

#75 Posted: 5/27/2012 1:00:23 AM I really like this SA Series line.... although I guess playing it as a 5* already indicates that. Read the Hollinger article from yesterday, "Spurs vs. Thunder" on ESPN Insider. Good points about this series. Some highlights;
SA last 47 games with Tony Parker playing.... 43-4 SU.
SA 24-3 in their past 27 road games,
with two of three defeats coming when they decided to rest their
starters.
"San Antonio will finally lose a game, but I doubt it will lose more than once."
