I like the idea, but it seems to have some fatal flaws.
1) If all the power went out, the nuclear facilities would have a core melt down when the backup gens died after a couple of weeks/months , and leave huge parts of the earth devastated and inhabitable due to radiation.
2) To many woman who look like models and men who look like hunks. Dont come and tell me you look all fresh and clean cut after 15 years with no electricity. I would expect to see people who are worn out, ragged, in distress, fighting to survive everyday.
Basicly the same ills as Terra Nova. A bit to polished and not dark enough for it to last more than one season.
