#1 Posted: 4/25/2012 4:54:01 PM 1st and 2nd seeds are locked but nuggets can move around. i think karl would rather play the spurs or lakers than the thunder so i can see him tanking this game. thunder also just played last night so scotty brooks may give his boys some rest

#9 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:02:40 PM Why would Karl prefer SA over OKC? As far as I'm concerned his main goal is to avoid teams that have expirience and a solid defense. And the Spurs are definitely the ones who have expirience and play solid defense. |

#10 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:07:14 PM Okc control who they want to play in the 1st round. If they want Denver, then they will show up and win tonight. If they want Dallas, then they will tank. |

#11 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:09:29 PM its a valid point hansonja but i karl may want to play the older, slower team so they can run and gun and control the pace rather than play okc who plays a similar style and are arguably more skilled at it |

exactly and figuring out the answer to that question is what makes the difference between good cappers and great cappers |

#13 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:14:50 PM denvers played close games with both okc and spurs this year and got routed by the thunder in last year's playoffs - id say karl would rather see the lakers or spurs rather than the thunder |

#14 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:16:20 PM Yeah, but Nuggets are the best in the league in transition and OKC are actually ranked 2nd in turnovers and that is a huge plus for Nuggets. Well, I can't really say how Nuggets will react if they face a solid defensive team because they haven't faced such team in over 10 games, and before that I simply don't count because all of the rotations in the squad because of trade and injuries.
Nevertheless I respect ur opinion |

#15 Posted: 4/25/2012 7:25:08 PM The Nuggets are either the 6 or 7 seed. They can't play the Spurs. It's either Lakers or Thunder so if what your saying is they don't wanna play the Thunder, they would want to win tonight not tank.

nuggets
Why do you think Den tanking ? They currently holding 6th seed which will play Lakers in the 1st round. If they lose they will be 7th and will face Okc. |

They need to win both or need Dallas to lose their next game to have a crack at Lakers.
If they lose next game and Dallas win @ Atl, they will be seed 7th. |

#22 Posted: 4/25/2012 8:19:23 PM KD desperately wants his third consecutive scoring title...mostly likely making him the youngest to ever do so. I can see 'em playing the entire game instead of being pulled midway through the third or something |
