Hope everyone is enjoying the amazing hockey so far, I know I am. I personally think it's great to see the new blood going forward these playoffs, as some of the old, recent guard gets dispatched early.

#7 Posted: 4/27/2012 8:18:34 PM The Flyers are risky at -155 with their lack of goaltending. Hopefully they can score more than they let in. GL bear |

I have added another play onto my Predators series wager. I am also making a substantial play on the Predators to win game 3 at -155 and making a smaller play on the puck line at +205. I absolutely love the Predators tonight and the rest of the way in this series now that they have off loaded Radulov and Kostitsyn. I like all of the 3 options Trotz has available to him to replace these two. I really hope my bot Tootoo is one of them, but all three of these guys have a lot of backbone and like to crash the net. To put it simply they all play Nashville Predator hockey, something the two Russians don't know how to do and/or won't do.

Predators responded like I thought they would last night, and my boys Tootoo and Halischuk played their usual gritty style, replacing Radulov and Kostitsyn. Preds cashed the large moneyline play and the smaller puckline play for some mucho dinero. After they win game 4 that added play at +230 to win the series is going to look very sweet.
Tonight I am adding a play onto my Flyers at a now slightly reduced series price. I am also doing the exact same thing with them tonight as I did with the Preds last night. I am playing them on the moneyline at -105 and also making a small play on the puckline at +275. Love my Flyers on the road. They are a better team on the road and come with a cheaper price tag.

#17 Posted: 5/3/2012 12:54:27 PM The Flyers were bound to have another stinker which they obviously did last game. I agree that they should rebound nicely tonight on the road. I expect another tough grinder but I think the Flyers will adapt thier methods of entering the NJ zone. NJ hassled the Flyers in the neutral zone all game in Gm2 and the Flyers dump and chase became frustrating to watch. The definitely need to improve on getting out of thier end, through center ice and into the NJ zone while maintaining puck possession. If the Flyers can also avoid multiple trips to the sin bin they should be able to carry a better tempo tonight. They are thier own best friends OR worst enemy. They must dictate the game from the beginning and tilt the ice towards Brodeur and away from Bryzgalov who played well enough to win Gm2 but obviously had little help... in both ends. If the Flyers can play thier physical style and pound NJ it should open up some chances they lacked in Gm2. Good Luck OPB and LET'S GO FLYERS...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
