something is definitely wrong when a child molester gets protected by the church and can't get prosecuted.
the person have a group of people who go around finding the nazi's who are still alive so they can be arrested and tried. someone needs to form a group for child molesting priests hiding among us.

yeah, de niro was good in that one.
as i recal, sleepers was about some dude at the boys school who molested some kids and years later when he was older they found him and lit him up and then there was a trial where the then victims/current defendants got the sympathy.
this current situation is about some dude who molested a bunch of kids and one of them found him years later and lit him up and now there's a trial where the then victim/current defendant is getting the sympathy.
pretty unique scenario yet very similar although the real life example isn't as good because the guy just got a small beating. he should get a regular beating and castration.

guess I will have to watch the "directors cut" because in the original DeNiro's priest character defendes the two irish hoods that gun down Kevin Bacon's pervert guard character. he's defiantely one of the good guys in the original.
btw, VERY well acted movie by ALL involved AND it's supposedly based on true incidents of rape of young boys by guards at a New York juvenile prison  |
