Ive been saying it from game one, LSU maybe the best team in the SEC this year.  They have the shear talent to weather a let down Ole Miss might be shut-out this game and LSU will score over 30 on this defense.

The Magnolia Bowl.   LSU will be showing Bo Wallace a defense far superior to what he saw in Texas A&M last week. Until they prove they can beat Alabama, the Tigers will remain the second best team in the SEC

LSU - 45                                      Ole Miss - 13

Tigers -8                              under 60

The visitor in this series seems to be the moneymaking play.  Miles has Furman up next so no need to hold back. Rebs will have trouble rebounding off that SU loss to the Aggies.

Better offense, better defense, better special teams = LSU wins and covers.  Ole Miss has been overrated all year because of landing a decent recruiting class for a change.  They are freshmen, will not work against quality teams like LSU.  LSU for a four unit play.

Agree with you Colonel.  I said game one not day one, and maybe!!  IMHO Mettenberger and Cameron are the new X-factor.  I tease ALA almost evry week and took the Tide straight against Ole Miss.  I am thinking LSU maybe the more battle tested??

Big rivalry game here, Tigers better no doubt but don't under estimate the Rebels @home ......

Ole Miss RB doubtful with thigh bruise.  LSU defense should be able to handle Ole Miss regardless.  LSU covers soundly.
