I opened a ticket Saturday about the mis-graded play and didn't hear anything from them about it so I got on live chat @4 hours ago. The CSR stated that the issue would be resolved shortly...
My account still hasn't been credited for the winning wager so I just got online with SI live chat again (I actually just finished with them @5mins ago). I nformes that CSR about my first ticket and reported the 2nd wager (this was the one that they gave me a win but it was really a loss.)... no problems, right?
Well, less than 5 minutes after me reporting the 2nd mistake, they had removed the funds from my account but are still trying to figure out whatever, whatever for the first wager. It's not rocket science, check the ticket and the result... simple enough.
I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else although $hit does happen but it has been over 24 hours and my account still has not been credited. If it is still not fixed after 48 hours I will definitely be in contact with you, Lou (yes, I do have all of the documentation and such), and if need be, SBR.
Just giving a heads up to any others out ther who use SI... they are obviously having problems with their computers, interface, something. |
