I see Oregon covering this. Ducks are simply unstoppable on offense, and nobody can keep up. I usually take the halftime spread as well... which should be roughly -22 or so, which is a great bet as well. Even with D. Thomas' ankle injury last week, Oregon should be a safe bet. Also, D. Thomas's ankle didn't appear to be anything too serious, as he was walking under his own power by the ens of the last game.

Oregon -38
Oregon 1H ~22

Colorado might be able to slow down the Ducks early in the game, before being totally flattened!

is there a risk for a back door cover full game for Oregon -38...they have Washington in the queue next..

or will the fear that Ohio may pass them in the BCS rankings motivate them to kill a bad team?

I did a little homework to see the pattern in the Oregon scoring the last three games. Since we are talking point spread I counted how many more points Oregon scored than there last three opponents per quarter.
             !st     2nd    3rd   4th
Virginia   14      4       17     14
Tenn         3     28      21      0
Cal          27     11        7     -6

Total       44      42      45      8

Poor Colorado is gonna get hammered. The question is how hard and how long. From the last three games I'd say through 3 quarters so I would say the first half spread at 22 is better than the full game spread of 38.

Thank you sir, good food for thought!

I'll let everyone in on a little secret. Oregon has covered every 1H line this year and all but 1 or 2 last year. I have literally taken every Ducks 1H since early last year and it's payed off BIG. I close my eyes and lay 20-30 points and sit back with ease by the mid 2nd qtr. I don't see any reason why I'd stop now. Starters get pulled at half and then you're not quite sure what will happen. Take the easy money.
Ducks 1H minus whatever

Schumonty, I have been doing the same since mid-last season.  They pile it on early.

Quack Quack. Ducks game, first half, and first half team total. Ditto for Baylor.
