I would like to hear from the North Carolina Backers...why do you think the Tar Heals will cover in BB on Saturday...from what I have read on the NC boards, Fedora is feeling some heat and they believe they are 2 years away from competing for the ACC.

Also, I would have thought even had NC defeated ECU, the spread would have been 6 at BB.  thus, I would have thought the spread would have been 10 for this matchup.  therefore, I perceive value backing Va Tech -7.5.

What do you guys think?   Is this a trap.  Will NC play to their full potential sat afternoon in BB?

I'm taking the Tar Heels to pull of the upset in Blacksburg. After giving up 55 to the Pirates last Saturday, I'm looking for the Heels to show some pride and win this one su on the road.

North Carolina - 20                               Virginia Tech - 17

Tar Heels +7.5                                    Under

Maybe, just maybe the Heels were overlooking the Pirates and looking ahead to the Hokies.

North Carolina - Under

VT beat GT last week @ GT

2 weeks prior they beat ECU @ ECU

Maenwhile NC lost at home to ECU last week

Triple Lean VT!!!!!

Only concern.... VT  should be favored by more as stated above....

With that said, I gamble based on logic NOT Vegas' "traps" / conspiracy theories.......

Feel very confident in the under.  I think VT is the better team, but getting over a touchdown in a low scoring game is key.

Heavy on the Under

Low confidence pick on UNC +7.5

Take the points fellas. UNC usually plays Va Tech pretty close.

Vegas is luring rookies in on the -7.5 Va Tech line due to their road win at Ga Tech last week.  UNC is a much more difficult match up for Virginia Tech than a one dimensional Georgia Tech.

Take UNC at +7.5 and the under.  Prediction: UNC 24 - Va Tech 17

VT all the way! NC dropped 50 to ECU at home as double digit favorites.  Was like a high school game
