Looks like the NBA got that one right with Haslem, though I think Pittman should have got 5 games, not three. Also the right call not suspending Hansborough as well.

I agree that Pittman should have more then 3 games. His elbow compared to Artest's is much more severe due to Stephensons momentum and it was more of a retaliatory shot.

I don't think Haslem would have been suspended if he would have gotten thrown out but since he didn't, he's gone for game 6. If Hansbrough would have flopped or sold the contact like James or Wade does, Haslem would have been thrown out and suspended. Haslem was clearly not going for ball and aiming towards the head.

Not just on this forum but other forums cats saying it was revenge for Miami for Pacers being physical all series.............

............WTF?? Pacers are a physical team but they don't go out and intentionally hurt people! Their physicality is within the sport of basketball while the Heat are turning this series into Bush league starting from Wade's dangerous push on collision in game 3.

Haslem clealrly should have been tossed from the game and  Pittman tried to kill that guy - he should have gotten 5 games minimum. Wade also should have either been thrown out or suspended Miami have been very  lucky in this series in regards to escaping from punishment.
