#1 Posted: 3/18/2012 11:10:23 PM I'm not a Purdue fan, but I wanna give a lot of love and respect for Robbie Hummel..
He is a class act, worked through a lot of pain to get back on the court, and felt bad to see him go!! Nice to see guys like that in the game!!

Mad respect for the kid's college game, but I don't foresee that at all.

#11 Posted: 3/18/2012 11:28:13 PM Hate Purdue during the regular season but wanted them to get to next week. I had KU in a ML parlay and was rooting for Purdue to pull it out.

#12 Posted: 3/18/2012 11:32:13 PM I don't see how he can defend the 3 at the NBA level. He could hang on somewhere at the end of a bench, but I would be beyond shocked if he ever played consistent significant minutes in the NBA. I can't imagine anyone would spend a first round pick on him. Upside is just so limited.

Yeah he's not an NBA player. Definitely can catch on overseas I'm sure though. They make decent money over there, like 150K-200K. |

#19 Posted: 3/19/2012 12:08:45 AM Could have been a real good NBA player..He was athletic in the Chase Budinger type mold before he kept tearing everything...

#20 Posted: 3/19/2012 12:08:49 AM If he didn't tear up his knee last year PURDUE would have won the NCAA championship. Two of his teammates are playing in the NBA this year. |
