Before I forget....only pussies are offended by a joke.
According to many comedians, Cook "Borrowed" some of his earlier material from other comedians.
No one said that they were offended by anything. His joke bothered me because it wasn't funny due to the fact that it didn't make sense and failed to deliver because the movie was great, not crap as he claimed to try and make his joke work.
However, if I were a person that lost a family member in that theater, or was a survivor or the friend/family of a survivor, I would probably be offended by his joke. And it not being funny makes it even worse.
