Tricky matchup when a 19 or 20 year old challenges a 33 or 34 year old
KOBE is the all time greater player and more respected + better player today (which is all that matters)...but the tricky part is that Kyrie maybe the quicker more athletic player now
These young guys always try to make a name challenging the older 'king' lion......wonder why he didn't challenge Kevin Durant (a much younger and athletic King Lion) in todays game |

once again a lebron fan giving kobe no credit.. put it this way if they played make it take it i would put money on kobe winnin 11-0. irving would have 0 chance of even makin it a game. Kobe plays great defense when challenged and we know 1 thing irving has 0 chance of stopping kobe.this is an embarassment to say this would b tricky matchup

#9 Posted: 7/19/2012 11:58:21 AM Forget Kyrie Irving. He's not up to par yet.
The better question should be:
Lebron vs. Kobe? Who is better?
Can Lebron play 1on1 with Kobe?

1on1 ball are usually quarter court. There shouldn't be much fatigue. There will be a lot of shooting too. Kobe's a much better shooter than Lebron.
However, I think Carmelo could beat Kobe or Lebron. What you guys think? Carmelo is one of the best 1on1 players I ever seen. He's big, he's powerful and he's fast.

if the line was -350 i would lay any amount on kobe. im thinkin morelike -750. irving has no chance of stopping kobe at all. and kobes size would effect irving big time. free money

#16 Posted: 7/21/2012 10:38:47 AM 1 on 1 comes down to the bigger player backing the smaller down into the post and laying it in. The smaller players only chance is to make all his outside shots, or to have the bigger player play stupid. |
