You do have a point. Canadian rivalry. Canucks have long held the title as Canada's best team and the Leafs have been making people ask if maybe Vancouver is Canada's second best team. Last time they met in Vancouver the local paper ran a headline asking that question and it stirred the Canucks up and they dominated the Leafs. 4-0. One of only 2 teams to shut the Leafs out this year. Leafs were out shot 47-21 and spent half the game in the penalty box.

I still think the Leafs win this. They are a far better team on Saturday nights in Toronto, They are too hot and the Canucks are a mess. But it is something to consider. The game will probably be a lot closer than a lot of people expect. I keep expecting the Canucks to pull it together but it's looking pretty bleak over there. I don't remember the last 6 game losing streak without even an OT or a SO point to keep them afloat. Not sure why they resigned those Sedins but it looks like there are 4 years of fading ahead.
