Corey Schneider is in the net for the Devils. His careers stats vs COL are good but a bit skewed because most of them are from the Vancouver games.

Schneider on home Ice. Say no more my friend thats all the stats needed to deduce an Under in this one.

NJ has been beating teams from the West including the surging Stars who beat Pens and Ducks (at home) recently. Big time sleeper team who prides themselves on defence. Avs are getting ready for a 4 game week this being the first of a B2B with the Rangers on deck. Avs will likely play a conservative game to try to save energy. Big thing that makes the Avs the better ML wager is that NJ hasn't been winning many games that go to OT/SO. Keeps them in the running in the standings but screws anyone looking for SU wins. I hear some players talk about earning 2pts for a win as their goal in the pre game interviews and that just shows the mindset is to play safe for OT instead of taking risks looking for the win.

Anyway point is UNDER 5

Jean-Sebastian Giguere is the starter for Colorado. Stay with Colorado and pick the under. I see a realistic chance that the Devils can strike on Giguere but I hope that won't be the case tonight.
