#4 Posted: 4/9/2010 12:46:34 PM Twins: Liriano apparently has found his stuff. The Twins offense is producing right now and the White Sox are trying to find some consistency at the plate. Liriano should be able to attack the White Sox hitters and I look for him to get the 1st of many W's this season. I'm loving the Twinkies in this spot and I look for the bats to stay hot.

#6 Posted: 4/9/2010 12:50:33 PM FWIW, Mauer will likely not catch tonight. He may DH, but I'm pretty sure he's getting the night off in the field. Liriano was in Chicago already so he didn't have to travel like the rest of the team. |

#10 Posted: 4/9/2010 1:52:09 PM Orioles: Bergesen was the O's most consistent starter last year before a liner off his shin ended his season. Bergesen pitches at a fast pace and loves to induce groundballs. I look for the Orioles' bats to get going today with some home cooking. Morrow has struggled as a starter so far in his career, and Bergesen should get back to his consistent ways today.
Yankees: I don't trust Price against this Yankee lineup. It's really that simple for me. Getting a good price on Vazquez also, who looks to prove last year was not a fluke. He is a K pitcher with some nasty movement when he is on. |

I can't back this team unless they are getting plus money, until Gonzalez realizes this is the Major leagues. 2 losses on the year for him now. So awful.
