#6 Posted: 4/3/2012 10:40:45 PM heres a question from the wonderlic
a bag costs 21 cents at the grocery store, you buy 4 bags, how much do you spend?
consider the first two are true, would the third be true.. 1. a baseball player wears a hat 2. a boy is a baseball player 3. then would it be a truth the boy playing baseball wears a hat?
keep in mind he gets scores for spelling his name correctly.
i know a lot of dumbasses who have earned millions, they spend it all because they are dumbasses. that $ will never last him. the great thing is he can spend it to help our economy, probably all of it over the next couple years.
i am shocked lsu does not put a premium on their academics. |

#11 Posted: 4/4/2012 7:11:34 PM Well, the WonderLick sure raises some interesting questions.....
Looked it up, and check this out.............
Now, the average for a NFL Qb is 24. A PERFECT SCORE is 50.
Dan Marino and Jim Kelly both scored 15s
McNair, D. Culpepper, and Randall Cunningham.....18s
Current players that scored high but produce low are JP Losman (31), Joey Harrington (32), Matt Leinhart (35), my Niners Qb Alex Smith................a very nice 40!
First in your heart, first in the round, but not in the head include:
- Rick Mirer 31
- David Klingler 30
- And the Poster Boy for First Round Picks-Ryan Leaf 27 (currently jailed)
He's got the arm, he's got the brains, he went to Michigan-NO, it's not Tom Brady..............................Drew Henson 42.
Now, after all the scouting, the combine, the film, the 40 times, the interviews, ....................let's wait until the 6th round to draft...........
Tom Brady 33
Not even drafted? How about...................
Tony Romo 37
There's the numbers, draw your own conclusions................. |

#13 Posted: 4/5/2012 12:20:34 PM Some professors did extensive research into the merits of the wonderlick test, and their results definitively showed that ones wonderlick score had no bearing on their success in the NFL.The only pattern shown was that for TE's and DB's, the LOWER they scored the better chance they had at a successful NFL career. |

#14 Posted: 4/5/2012 7:41:30 PM I find it funny that some of you are defending this dummy. Are you guys in his posse??? The fact is the sports world is riddled with dumb athletes that signed multi-million dollar contracts and are flat @ss broke within a few years. He will be another. I have taken the Wonderlic. I felt embarrassed to only score a 37. You literally have to be illiterate, dyslexic or profoundly mentally challenged to score that low.

#15 Posted: 4/5/2012 8:29:51 PM The real point is that this guy & others like him should never have been in college in the first place. If he made it through his junior year you know his classes consisted of subjects like history of MTV & person & Jane books "The Early Years". Actually, the guy probably had tutors out the behind & was given a lot of free passes. No way anyone who scores a fu**in 4 on that test can even read college level material. He'll give new meaning to the term "stupid rich"!

#16 Posted: 4/5/2012 9:34:54 PM This doesn't surprise me. About three years ago my brother had a computer science class with Michigan State tight end Charlie Gannt...anyways, Gannt wasn't in class for three weeks. When he came back...he was way ahead of the class somehow.

#17 Posted: 4/6/2012 1:51:03 PM Some of you idiots do NOT get the point. How can you defend this idiot? He should have NEVER been in college. He got a FREE RIDE in college. I am in my last year of pre pharm and am going to pharm school this fall. I have paid over 25K for my undergrad now will have to pay 130k for pharm school. Why the darn do these guys get a free ride? People work their behind off and have to pay but these people get a free ride? |

#18 Posted: 4/6/2012 1:53:27 PM Also, I went to school with Anthony Mccoy. Tight end at USC couple of years ago. I was in the 10th grade and he was a senior in high school in my english class. Guy could not read, or spell. Yet he got an A and a free ride to USC. Why is this country the way it is? This is why. So many smart intelligent students can't get in, but retards like this do? |

#20 Posted: 4/6/2012 7:18:01 PM You know how much money college football makes for Alabama? Kentucky basketball? The reason these guys get any class they want, all the food they want, "jobs", etc., is they make money for their school. |
