Highest remaining seed plays the lowest remaining seed....

Example...lets say NYR(1) & Boston(2) lose and Florida(3) wins and Philly(5) wins....the highest remaining seed Florida(3) would pllay the lowest remaining seed Ottawa(8) and Philly(5) would play Washington(7).....clear as mud??

Florida will be the #1 seed once the rags and bruins are eliminated

How shitty would it be with Florida, Philly.,Ottawa, and Washington, LA, Nashville, St Loiuis, and Phoenix all advancing?

For the NHL the bright side would be likley a Cup winner from cities that never win.  That would be Bettman's dream.
