#1 Posted: 3/18/2012 5:57:10 PM Liking Lehigh here. Xavier dubious and Lehigh only lost by 9 to Michigan State at State.
Thinking about buying it up to 6.5 or waiting for live in-game for it to get around there.
Give me a reason why Xavier wins by seven or more points.

#2 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:12:44 PM Lehigh only hit 3 of 18 threes and shot 68% from FT line against Duke. And they still beat Duke.
They certainly will shoot better than 3 of 18 tonight and are a season-long 77% FT-shooting team.
Someone, anyone, give me a reason why NOT to take Lehigh +6.5 (buying 2).

#5 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:23:13 PM Xavier's pack-line defense is custom built to stop C.J. McCollom. Duke weren't quick enough to keep him from driving to the basket. That won't happen with Xavier's slashing guards. Contain McCollom and Lehigh's chances of winning are done like dinner. |

#6 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:24:32 PM Lehigh coming the most emotional win in history 48 hrs ago. That would be the reason you're looking for.
buying points is NOT good $ mgmt. At the rate you're paying you'd have to win >60% to break even. Now of course xav will win by 5 tonight, but I'd still be right.
I'm taking 'over' bec of lehigh reasons you mentioned and both relatively fast paced teams. GL |

#9 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:38:51 PM Duke did not play very well....many teams could have beaten Duke. Xavier is a good choice. |

#10 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:43:03 PM I started typing a reason than I had to delete it.......This will be a close game.....However, Xavier guards Holloway and Lyons are as good as they come as a duo and that I think they will lead Xavier to a win. Dont see Lehigh who I respect winning 2 in a row against this kind of competition.....I dont think Lehigh is a 20 game winner in the ATL 10 who brought 4 teams to this Tourney.

#11 Posted: 3/18/2012 6:56:01 PM Took Lehigh +4.5 today. It may lose, but if it does, it does. I just would love to see them win and move on |

#12 Posted: 3/18/2012 7:00:47 PM C.J. McCollom, lehigh's highest scorer, is rather physically small, 6'3", 180 lbs. He will be stoped today by Xavier's big bodies, then no chance for lehigh to score. Xavier wins and covers spread rather smooth. |
