#5 Posted: 11/17/2009 12:20:45 PM Sooners dominate here.....Absolutely no question.....Only reason line is 7 is Jones' slopper performance in Lincoln.....Look for OU D to takeaway and score....
OU by 21+....probably 28+...... |

#6 Posted: 11/17/2009 9:07:54 PM One thing that Oklahoma has done in this series is shut down the T Tech offense... don't see any reason for this to be different... but will not be a large play.. |

#8 Posted: 11/19/2009 11:49:14 AM I like OU here as well. No way this is another mishap like Lincoln. Tech's defense doesnt compare to Neb. in any way and I dont think they will hold OU under 30.
OU will keep techs offense in check for most of the night and hold them to about 24 points at most IMO.
OU -6

#9 Posted: 11/19/2009 1:52:04 PM I am going with the red raiders in this game. I think they will come out firing on all cylinders and will score points in this rivalry game. They always play the sooners tough at home and the Ok has been very spotty on the road this year(1-3). Texas Tech and the over for me. Small play on the ml also. |

#13 Posted: 11/20/2009 12:04:57 PM Both these teams have been all over the chart this year. Looking at common opponents both teams beat Kansas by a little over 20 pts., Texas T. lost to the Horns by 10, OU by 3. Red Raiders beat Nebraska by 21, OU lost by 7. OU smacked the Aggies by 55 and Tech got spanked by 22. The home team has won this game outright the last 5 years in a row with the Raiders taking it in 05 and 07. Mike Leach needs one more win to become the all time winningest coach in Tech history and I'm sure his team would love to pull an upset over the Sooners to get it for him. With all the injuries and adversity that Oklahoma has faced this year I think Tech might have a slight edge at home( Raiders are 3-0 ATS as a home dog last 3 years). The game with cross state rival Okla. St. next week could be a factor however the Sooners are 5-4 ATS the week before the Cowboys the last 10 years. I don't know if Tech can pull out a win but I do think they can cover the 6.5 in a shootout down in Lubbock, although I wouldn't bet my house on it. GLTA |

Tech got 21 last year - with Harrell and Crabtree. To me that is holding them down. OU -6.5 |
