Server Error in '/' Application.
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration> | Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration> |

From time to time, this will happen. But what I said in POST #5 works fine for me - I've also passed this on to quite a few Covers members in the past, and it works, too.
Louis - try clearing all your cache, cookies, and browsing history.
If this still doesn't work, you may have to resort in a Factory Reset... but that's worse case scenario.
Fill us in if you're still having the problem(s).

ALSO - TMobile has an issue @ times with the "delete all data" feature.
Have you performed an upgrade recently to your phone, and this started to happen??

#17 Posted: 3/2/2012 5:42:18 AM Gil. Thanks. Just got this working. Although i tried this before i did the following sequence and it worked. I cleared out my browsing history, shut phone down for 1 minute, relaunched, and then cleared web history again. Then login page appeared. Glad it's working. |

Not true...
At times, clearing the cache & cookies should work - but when a "runtime error" comes up over your mobile device, it takes more then just that.
Your data, for whatever reason, is a big key in these runtime errors when accessing Covers Mobile. I've yet to figure it out... but we make use of it, and end up getting logged on.

#22 Posted: 3/6/2012 2:06:17 PM Mods/CT/IT,
Were there any Covers Mobile changes done today?
I haven't been able to login to Covers Mobile for the past couple days and I couldn't get around the Service Error/in Application - now, all of a sudden, I'm able to login.
