You mean the same fans in New Orleans that can't get 12,000 fans to watch a winning basketball team and are there losing their team despite every effort from the NBA to keep them there?
Yeah okay, you New Orleans fans are second to none
Saints have been in New Orleans for 45 years. The Hornets 8. Everything about the Saints is homegrown, including the owner. There is barely anything about the Hornets that represent New Orleans, including the previous cash strapped owner. Saints games can be seen throughout New Orleans and the Gulf coast. Half of New Orleans can't see Hornets games on tv still, especially those with Directv. Saints have had a core following since their inception. Hornets still don't even have their own practice facility.
Nice comparison. You're a smart guy.

PRIOR to the 2006 season I was shopping around for NFL season tickets to buy for teams so I could buy them and resell them at profit. The Saints were one of the teams I checked out and there were plenty of seats available... just not seats good enough for me to want to risk on.
I'm sure they started selling better AFTER that season.
As for Seattle... who cares about the Searags?
No One. No matter how the NFL tries and puff up that crappy "playoff team".
Even Saints fans don't care to see that pre-season game in January.
38-3 Saints.
Regardless if you could find tickets or not, the Saints have always had a following in New Orleans similar to the Steelers. This was LONG before 2006. The season tickets might have just started selling out, but the walk-up crowd was always there, which is to be expected for a small city that has consistently lost population since the 80s.
One thing I can agree on is a Saints arse whooping. I'll go with 41-24.

The Seattle Seahawks have sold out 64 games straight, going back to the 2002 season.
Why would anyone, even the lowest-IQ idiot on the planet, think that streak would end with a playoff game against the defending Super Bowl champs tomorrow?

After the 1st quarter, the home crowd may want to go back home.
