- Pittsburgh : It's simple as Pittsburgh is a better all around hockey team, they are healthy and they are still hungry as hell to beat these Flyers. They don't want to see them in the post-season because of what happened last year, so they will give their absolute all everytime they play Philly, to hurt them as much as they can and to keep them out of the playoff picture. Flyers are tired, Pens are not, which will provide a dominant performance from Pittsburgh, in almost every aspect of this game.
- Colorado : Not because i like the way they played recently, only because of what happened to St-Louis (the late plane from Vancouver to St-Louis almost make it 3 games in 3 nights for them) To this point, this game is pretty much a coin-flip and getting Colorado @ +106 is enough to consider it an odd bet.
- STL-COL Over 5.5 : Colorado can score, no doubt about it. Against a tired St-Louis squad, we can presume they will since they scored 14 goals in the last three games. They are pretty weak in defense right now, with Johnson and Wilson out, and it shows in front of Varlamov. He hasn't played very well recently, going 1-3-1 / 3.80 GAA / 0.887% in his last five starts, facing 169 shots.

*What was at first an odd lean on Colorado became a bet on St-Louis. I just can't pass over the fact that St-Louis matches Colorado so well, they are build to beat teams like Colorado and i hope they'll go over the rigours of a weird roadtrip to beat them at the end.

I had an other horrible day, in term of units won or lost, because St-Louis played better and Pittsburgh also played better... We could talk about the penalty to Craig Adams late in the 2nd that led to Philly's 3rd goal but what so ever... It's hockey and i'm on a huge downswing... I think you have better chance of winning money on this thread if you start fading for a couple of days because i'm out of luck...

OMG you are such a pain in the A$$, these penalties to the Flyers were all deserve, NOT like the one to Craig Adams... In my book, a high stick with blood is 4 minutes (Knuble), and Talbot did close a hand on the puck in his defensive zone and that's a 2 minutes in the new convention... Please learn the basic rules before yaddy yaddy your mouth on this thread... |
