BIG heads up. Sabans' friend and ex coach is coaching Colorado State, I think it probable that Bama calls off the dogs early. I think the play is CState plus 40. What does Bama have to prove anyway.

Way too little talk about money management strategies on this site. It's as if nobody gives a garbage about profit and loss, just bet, bet, and bet some more. Now this is what I'm thinking about money management and this Bama game. The public is going to back Bama no matter what the spread is against this really bad team. I have an account at 5 dimes expressly because they reduce their odds to 5% the night before game day. So I wait till the odds get reduced and then if I like CState plus 40 something I hit it as soon as the odds are reduced because by game time the line will be moved against me by sharps at 5 dimes. Smart coaches like Saban use these games to get the second and third string playing time. Not only does it show him what he's got it keeps his bench warmers from transferring to schools that are promising them immediate playing time. Urban Meyer of Ohio State did something really smart first game of the year, he went for the two point conversions against Buffalo so that he got up over three TDs faster. Then the first string sat the rest of the game and Buffalo scored 20 points. I predict Bama gets up 21 points fast then the Bama third string and the Colorado State first string trade TDs.

No brainer lordzdude! We see it all the time. The former coach doesn't want to hurt his protégés feelings too much. Col St might be a large. Great writings. Col St for the large

Some great posts in here.  Rams are the play.  Remember, this line opened at 35 and the public pushed it up to 40.  Saban will NOT embarrass his friend and ex-colleague, especially knowing that they are dealing with the flooding.

McElwain was already talking about Bama not letting up on his Rams and there will be no letdown, etc.  That seals the deal for me.  The very fact that he feels the need to bring it up tells me he is doing this to save face for Bama when they do step off the pedal and allow the Rams to breathe late in the game.

Saban doesn't run up the score on the non-AQ schools.. I can see em being up 35-0 at half and running the ball the whole 2nd quarter..

CSU is a nice play at 40.. Hoping it his 42 by game time
