Hey Doubleup you mentioned you have a local I was wondering if he would take out of state bets I had another guy take my bets but we had a falling out because he didn't pay when I won. I sent the money through moneygram everytime I lost just trying to find someone that will take my action. Thanks.

Or try this. Go down to the local bar. Say 'hey, I'm looking for Mike. The guy running spreads. ' the guy will look at you and say "who??"
You say, " Mike, they guy I can bet sports with!"
He will say, "oh! You mean Howard! He's in the back let me get him for you. "

Love the Rudolph pick, he'll have huge numbers this year and have a legitimate shot at winning the Big 12!
I am seeing 20-1 on 5d ....NOT Bad although I think it should be closer to 50-1 ...Worried there would be a big bias vs a BIG12 QB not playing for the Sooners..

I just heard a pretty interesting tip, which could be helpful, but kindve a pain in the behind. Whenever you're watching a game, or have a team you might like, they listen to the pregame and in-game broadcast of the local announcers. Apparently scouts, and bettors both do this to gain valuable insight from announcers who follow one team exclusively. They follow the team year round, and usually have relationships with the coaches, boosters, or players, so they know things like who is playing hurt, who could have a big game, how certain players have been performing in practice...
Obviously it's not a game changer, because there's noway to know if you;ll hear anything useful, but they said "every once in a while you hear a golden nugget"

I have been looking into the Mountain West, and this should be a pretty competitive division...
I am not prepared to say that Nevada is a sleeper, or that they're going to have a great season, but they could be great where it counts, ATS... Nevada had a down year last season, their QB play was terrible, and their defense was terrible against the run. This team should look a lot different this season. Not only do they have a new Head coach, they landed two solid coordinators who will be implementing new systems, which should completely change how this team looks.
Nevada's biggest issue offensively was they had weak QB play. That may have changed drastically, by signing Alabama graduate transfer, David Cornwell. It's reasonable to wonder why he didnt win the starting job at Alabama, but he was one of the top QB recruits in the country, and a former elite 11 participant. Nevada could potentially have the best QB in the MW. They're also returning their leading rusher James Butler 1700 yds 15 TD's and receiver Wyatt Demps 900 yds 9 TD's.
They are also changing their offensive system and moving to the air raid, which generally means they will be able to score. Cornwell was 22/32 for 303 yards and 2 TD's in one half during the Nevada spring game.
This team will look much differently on the defensive side of the ball too. They're changing to a 3-3-5 defense, which is the same system Rocky Long has used at San Diego State to torment the rest of the conference for the past couple of years. Nevada's strength on defense is definitely their secondary, they have two very good safeties, and two gifted CB's. Having 5 DB's that can make plays should really help improve this defense. They're also returning 10/11 starters including 4 All Mountain west conference members.
I still dont expect them to beat Northwestern week 1, but I think we will learn a lot about this team. This is a team I will be keeping an eye on, because they might be getting a few too many points.

All 3 were winners. Baylor had me worried, they started the season 6-0 (!) before losing 6 straight. Minnesota and USF both cashed with games to spare.
Few people pick futures quite like the man himself.
