Dont allow the matchup between Oklahoma and Texas tech influence your decision to take West Virginia against Texas Tech. Look at the stats and you will see closer game than the score and variance in those turnovers. I feel strongly that West Virginia loses this game to Texas Tech and the spread depicts a close one.
