Cant wait for this year to get started as I'm sure everyone else shares that same belief.

A huge fan of the college football playoff finally getting started in '14. About time. I see many people hoping that it would be 8 or 16 teams, but there are usually only 4 team deserving so I'm ok with it...even though that means my Hokies will probably never get a shot.

Pretty busy with work and studying to get my MBA finished up so haven't been around very often but ready to get in gear and see if I can't improve upon my poor performance the last 2 years

As for my Hokies, 9-3 or 10-2 sounds about right. Defense will end this season, mainly due to the schedule played, in the top 5 of all the rankings. Their defensive line looks to be pretty dominant finally but the offense is just so poor they will probably have to rely on Logan Thomas QB sneaks for all of their points this season....

I plan on doing most of my posting on twitter now, bibendi23 still, as I'm never home and don't have too much time to sit around and write up threads. I know nobody really cares or views my threads as I suck, but just throwing it out there

Good luck this season guys, can't wait to get it all started

You don't suck, you are a MVP.  Twitter is the future, beats sifting through all the garbage during the season.

Good luck this year.  ACC is weak as usual so the Hokies always have a chance....Plus Bud Foster is still there. (How long have they talked about him being a HC somewhere else?)

As a Hokie, I just hope Beamer steps down and hands over the reigns ASAP. Will never take the next step as a program with his style of coaching.

Can not wait for this season, I feel like the anticipation gets greater every year...

I plan on going to GT, Austin Peay, FSU, Cincinnati(FedEx Field, right around the corner from where I live) and @ Clemson....

If anyone is heading to the Cincy game let me know!

Thoughts on your boys week 1 vs GT?

Leaning Jackets there

I can tell you I will be at the game and would never lay 7.5 on the Hokies against Paul Johnson. Should be a tight game although I think we have our best defense in a long time in Blacksburg. I think the Under is a really strong play here

Looking like under will be in the 50.5 range. Definite play for me at this

I play 1st Half unders, not game unders, but I think the under is a pretty solid play.  The Hokies are very familiar with this offense having played against it several times now, and the fact that it is their opening game should also be a big plus for them.  Triple option teams usually fair very poorly when opponents have extra time to prepare.  I think GT really struggles to score here.
