Not aware of the numbers on that one but that would indicate a play on the Redskins this week. I do however have something very similar I will be using for thursday night's game.
Home Dogs coming off a 21+ Point Road Loss are 16-6 ATS the past few years. Last season it was 9-4 ATS and the last time it happened this year was when the Raiders beat the Steelers SU after losing on the road by 22 to the dolphins the week prior. This would indicate a play on the Titans. It also should be noted that the Titans were in this exact spot after losing to the chargers by 28 in week 2 then being a home dog in week 3 to the Lions, they won SU.
