#3 Posted: 11/14/2012 8:32:02 AM +27. I don't care how shitty the Jags are or how good the Texans are, it is VERY DIFFICULT for any NFL team to beat another NFL team by 27 points. Yes, it happens, and the Texans might win by 40, and you can say I was wrong. But, we're talking odds here. I think it's more likely that the Jags lose by 3 or less then they lose by 27 or more. Need a recent example at similar spread: Steelers v Chiefs. |

I'm sure many people had the 49ers this past weekend thinking a 6,6.5,7,7.5 pt teaser was a great idea...
Take the pts. That's 4 scores. |

#6 Posted: 11/14/2012 10:00:12 AM +27, that a garbage load of points in the NFL. Even if they lose something like 34-10 they still cover.

#7 Posted: 11/14/2012 12:55:45 PM both sides.... texans win by more than 3, and 27 is a lot of points. i dont see houston being the kind of team to keep pouring it on after game is well in hand.... play em BOTH. i play both sides in teasers regularly and they come in.

#8 Posted: 11/14/2012 1:09:00 PM I think you gotta go with texans -3. Yes it is highly unlikely they win by 27 or more but it's much less likely the texans don't cover 3 points. Either way it's probably safe but this games looks a lot more likely to finish 31-3 or 42-7 than the jags staying within 3 points. |

#9 Posted: 11/14/2012 1:25:15 PM Just look at how teams that lose on Thursdays play the following week. Jacksonville lost last Thursday.
Take the +27 |

#10 Posted: 11/14/2012 2:15:49 PM I really dont see why this is even a question. Yes 27 is a TON of points but if the texans win by 35 points not a single person should be surprised, however if the texans dont win by 4 or more everyone would be shocked. |

#11 Posted: 11/14/2012 2:50:16 PM Start by asking yourself what has a better chance of happening... The Texans blowing the Jags out, or the Jags winning. Then you should have your answer. GL

#13 Posted: 11/14/2012 3:07:53 PM when the texans are up by 4tds in the 4th quarter would u rather have yourself hoping for a backdoor cover on a teaser that gives you 27 points or laughing at the fact you got the texans -3 |

#14 Posted: 11/14/2012 3:08:05 PM I take the texans -3 because they will win at least by dd. Jags can lose up to 4 td if u count every quarter texans score one. I'm just trying to say they have a defenses that not much people can score on plus they r at home. I might be on texans looking for a blowout since everyone would be on the jag just like Monday night at kc |

#17 Posted: 11/18/2012 4:56:06 PM Needed that TD to keep my 13pt teaser alive - 3 would've tied and it would've lost |
