Just FYI...I was bored Monday and started playing blackjack.  I was up and down for a while and then got on a BIG run.  When I had won $5000, they cut me off!  I called and they said it was policy to hold winnings AND losses in the casino to $5000 every 24 hours.  I asked where this was written in their Rules.  I was told it is not posted anywhere, just an in-house rule.  SO, yesterday I get back on, and I'll be damned if I didn't hit them for another $5000.  Guess what happened next.... RESTRICTED from playing... maybe a week ..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

That's how heritage is regarding some issues.  They will pay out but more if a hassle than it's worth to me.  Try Gtbets if you want better customer service with none of the BS

Thanks Deezy but I am going to stay with Heritage.  Even if they wont let me play in the casino... I have friends that use gtbets and it's fine for the average player, but I play large amounts and the withdrawal fees are too high with gtbets.  They charge $45 plus 6% of the payout.  So my $3000 payout costs me $225.  Only $50 with Heritage

Really I've never had the extra 6% on a payout although I normally do Western Union payouts not sure if that makes a difference.  My fees were actually always higher with Heritage.  Maybe it's the state I'm in I don't know.  Gt always charges me a flat fee of $50 no 6% additionally

$50 is a good price for Western Union.  I stopped using them because they started asking too many questions and I got a couple of calls from their legal department.  The 6% with gtbets is on all check over $750.

Ok that must be it.  Yeah I don't mess with checks.  Western Union Money gram and Bank Wire
