Let's talk about this, are these 2 teams just better than the team they are playing?  All thoughts welcome

Nope and nope. They both may win, but I don't feel comfortable taking either one tonight. I don't think Tennessee is much better if at all than Middle Tennessee State, and Pittsburgh shows up some nights and takes the rest off.

Good insight all, Are there any games playing today, that you MAY go ML on though? If you had to choose....

Tennessee should win the game, but Teamrankings and Accuscore both like MTS +5.5, they also like Minnesota +6 and Illinois State +7.5, but who knows really, if these systems produced a guaranteed, risk free profit then why would they be selling the scheme instead of using it to make millions for themselves?

Juiced-up money lines are going to murder you in the long run.

If you take Stanford tonight at something like -400 and lose, you must hit your next 4 games just to break even. And it's not like 8-point favorites never lose outright - in last week's NIT games, St. Joe's (-6.5), Mississippi State (-7.5), Ole Miss (-8), Arizona (-8.5), and Seton Hall (-7.5) all lost straight up. All of those teams were somewhere between -300 and -400.

Lay the points or stay away.

Yes, that is a safe bet, cause they could all hit, and still the fav ML will hit if they win by 2 or 3 or 4...

I hear ya.... it is a risk to take ML, to be honest, I took ML all day yesterdat and LAID the pts too, I was up alot then Kansas kicked me, and so did the last game.... South Florida, what a joke, couldnt resist playing the last game after being on a hot streak.... sad.
