#2 Posted: 10/9/2012 11:39:47 AM was looking at the under as well... wouldnt go as far as a Seahawk win but definitely a chance to slow the game down enough to squeak an under.

#4 Posted: 10/9/2012 12:12:34 PM Agreed. There's always this assumption that every Patriot game goes over, but they don't. Find a team which can pressure Brady and the New England punter will get a rare workout for a change. |

#6 Posted: 10/9/2012 12:41:33 PM Seattle's defense is good, but I think they'll get run through and over by the Patriots ground attack which will neutralize the Seattle crowd.

Do you really think there O will control the clock? Pats D is suited for run. I think Pats will be able to stop run. Which will force Wilson into mistakes. I would start Flynn in this game if I was Seattle.

Agreed. But....Not sure any Defense is going to slow down the Pats right now. Problem for Pats every year is D vs. good passing teams and letting teams back into games. ie Baltimore this year.
Every team has an aberration game where they play horrible. Arizona was this year (and they still should have won). @ detroit last year. I think it was Cleveland the year before when pats lost @ browns and Peyton Hillis ran all over them.

#12 Posted: 10/10/2012 11:13:45 AM seattle have a running game and wilson can make plays w/his legs...that can slow down any opponent's offense, plus their defense, pass rush can give brady some fit. In the end...most/all teams will play terrible in seattle this season imo. they have the top ranked defense right now. |

#14 Posted: 10/10/2012 11:18:49 AM Agree. I think Belicheck* understands that SEATTLE'S secondary is legit & their pass rush is nothing to mess with (esp at home). Patriots will certainly run Ridley a bunch to keep the D honest. We already know what SEATTLE'S offensive gameplan is..A lot of ground game and solid defense will keep the clock moving. Under is the play! |

#15 Posted: 10/10/2012 1:09:57 PM The Patriots are good for 21 points on any Sunday. I do think that Seattle will try to slow the game down with the run and control the clock. I argee - my thoughts:
Pats 24
Seattle 13 |
